At JetFresh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not a final sale or non-returnable item (e.g., opened personal care products).
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Personal Information
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened oral care products (e.g., toothbrushes, toothpaste)
- Opened healthcare or personal care items
- Custom or promotional items
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at contact@jetfresh.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send a photo of the item and packaging to contact@jetfresh.store, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item.
